Job Title: Site Supervisor – Interior Design Projects

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Supervisor to join our team and play a crucial role in overseeing interior design projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Material Allocation and Procurement:
- Coordinate with project managers to understand material requirements.
- Source and allocate materials efficiently, considering budget constraints and project timelines.
- Maintain an organized inventory of materials and supplies.
- Logistics and Site Coordination:
- Supervise the timely dispatch of materials to project sites.
- Ensure accurate and safe transportation of materials.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline delivery processes.
- Workforce Management:
- Lead and manage on-site construction workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.
- Allocate tasks to workers based on their skills and project requirements.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards.
- Address any issues or defects promptly and communicate them to the project manager.
- Progress Reporting:
- Generate daily and weekly reports on work progress.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and achievements to project managers.
- Provide insights on potential delays and propose solutions.
- Communication:
- Act as the liaison between the project site and the project management team.
- Effectively communicate project goals, expectations, and changes to the on-site workforce.
- Address any concerns or inquiries from workers and report them to the project manager.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in interior design or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of interior design materials and their applications.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
