- B2B Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for our B2B clients, understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey our value proposition, negotiate terms, and address client inquiries and concerns.
- Field Work: Conduct field visits to meet with clients, understand their operations, and identify opportunities for collaboration and upselling.
- Client Online and Offline Coordination: Utilize various communication channels, including email, phone calls, and in-person meetings, to coordinate with clients both online and offline, ensuring seamless interactions and timely resolution of issues.
- Sales Growth: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, meet targets, and expand our client base.
Qualifications:
